We are continuously educating our staff thru internal training and outside seminars. After one year of employment, they become a certified Collector.
We strive for one on one relationship with our clients and constantly ask for input as to how we can better serve them. We are a full service collection agency and can be at your service immediately upon request. We try to establish a very open, straightforward relationship with both our clients and our debtors. We are not in the business alone but as a partner.
If Special Handling is Required
WMA has the capability of providing seminars for our clients. Some of the topics we can cover are: office procedures, credit use, bankruptcy, etc...WMA has the ability to receive tape to tape transfers, or download via modem. This would allow you the ability to monitor your accounts with our agency.
WMA is highly skilled in collections: Our staff is continuously educated in the changing laws that govern the industry.
