WMA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Portal. The Portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

The Portal may include links or integrations with third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, communication vendors). WMA is not responsible for the content or practices of such third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Portal shall be resolved through arbitration or courts located in Oregon.
